Delivery is free on orders from 500 MDL upwards. Below that threshold the standard delivery fee applies, and we tell you the amount when we call to confirm your order. The 500 MDL threshold is the same in Chișinău and across the rest of Moldova.
In Chișinău we deliver the same day for orders confirmed during working hours. Orders placed in the evening or at the weekend go out on the next working day. The warehouse is open Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00, closed on Sunday.
Yes, we deliver across the Republic of Moldova in 1–2 working days: Bălți, Tiraspol, Bender, Cahul, Ungheni, Soroca, Orhei, Comrat, Edineț, Căușeni, Strășeni and other localities. The clock starts when the order is confirmed, and delivery stays free from 500 MDL.
Yes, warehouse pickup is free regardless of order value. The address is Strada Sarmizegetusa 53, Chișinău MD-2032, open Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. Call +373 22 009 350 before coming so we can have the order ready.
Accepted payment methods, the currency prices are shown in, invoices and terms for companies.
We accept cash, bank card and bank transfer. You can pay on delivery or when collecting from the warehouse, while bank transfer is available to companies against an invoice. You choose the method when we call to confirm the order.
All prices on the site are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT. The cart total is what you pay; the only thing that can be added is delivery, and only if the order is below 500 MDL.
Yes. Companies receive a VAT invoice — just give us your company details when we confirm the order. The seller is MANNOL AUTOTRADE SRL, IDNO 1014600030395, the official MANNOL importer and distributor in the Republic of Moldova since 2014.

How to choose the right part, how to search by OEM code and which brands we distribute.
The right oil is the one that matches the viscosity and the specification your carmaker requires — for example 5W-30 ACEA C3 or VW 504.00. You'll find both in the owner's manual, in the lubricants section. If you're unsure, call +373 22 009 350 and we'll pick it together.

5W-30 is the oil's SAE viscosity grade: the number before the “W” (winter) shows how well the oil flows when cold — the lower it is, the easier the cold start — while 30 describes the viscosity at 100 °C, that is at normal operating temperature.

Yes, products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Let us know on +373 22 009 350 or at [email protected] before sending the return.
A return is accepted if the product is unused and not fitted, with packaging and seals intact and proof of purchase available. Opened oils and fluids cannot be returned, for safety and quality reasons. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are replaced at no cost to you.
All products are new and covered by the conformity guarantee required under the law of the Republic of Moldova, plus the manufacturer's warranty wherever it is stated on the packaging. For a claim, contact us on +373 22 009 350 and keep your proof of purchase.
