These terms govern orders placed through the MANNOL Moldova online store. By placing an order, you accept the conditions below. They comply with the law of the Republic of Moldova on electronic commerce (Law 284/2004) and consumer protection (Law 105/2003).

The terms apply to every order of auto parts and products placed through this site, by both individual customers and partners. Together with the product description and the displayed price, they form the contract between you and the seller.
You add products to the cart and submit the order from the checkout page. An order is a purchase request; we contact you to confirm it (availability, price, delivery). The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, out-of-stock item, or incorrect contact details.
All prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we notify you before processing the order and you can confirm or cancel.
Payment is made on receipt of the order — on delivery or on pickup from the warehouse. Accepted methods: cash, card, or invoice / bank transfer for business customers and partners. We do not charge online prepayment.
We deliver to an address in Chișinău (usually the same day) and across Moldova (1–2 working days), or you can pick the order up from the warehouse. Delivery is free for orders from 500 lei. Timeframes are indicative and may vary with product availability and area.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. You notify us by phone or e-mail and return the product in the condition you received it, with its original packaging. We refund the amount paid for the product. You bear the cost of returning it to us, unless we have agreed otherwise.
To be accepted for return, the product must be complete, unused, with its original packaging and accessories, together with proof of purchase. A product damaged by use beyond the reasonable checking of its features may be refused or refunded in part.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products personalised or made specially to your requirements, or to products that can no longer be resold for safety or hygiene reasons once unsealed, as provided by law.
If you receive a product that is faulty or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible. Under the law, we replace, repair, or refund it at no extra cost to you. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Product images are illustrative, and descriptions and OEM/cross codes are indicative — always check compatibility with your part number or ask us. We work to keep prices, stock and information accurate, but errors can occur; if an ordered product is unavailable, we notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disagreements are first resolved amicably; failing agreement, the courts of the Republic of Moldova have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you may also contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place the order.
